2022 Carbon Neutrality Meeting, organized by Professor Hao Ming Chen, has been held in Dance Woods Hotel and Resorts, Wujie Township, Yilan Taiwan County, from March 31 to April 1, 2022. 48 chemists and chemical engineers (including 3 from industry and 45 from academia) were invited for the participation. The 17th Taiwan-Japan Joint Symposium on Catalysis (a bilateral meeting between Taiwan and Japan) was held in Tseng-Jiang Hall, National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan, on December 3-4, 2021. The symposium was organized by Professor Kevin Wu and Professor Hisahiro Einaga, and was carried out in hybrid mode, while 44 Japanese participants (including 15 speakers) participated the meeting through Webex line system. 50 Taiwanese participants (including 14 speakers) participated the meeting on site. International Symposium on Porous Materials 2021 (ISPM2021) has taken place as a hybrid event, in-person and online during November 4-5, 2021. The symposium has intended to provide a forum for researchers in the world, especially those from Japan, China, Korea, and Taiwan, to discuss recent developments in research and applications of porous materials.
